Knowing Rowing Competition

The River & Rowing Museum’s Knowing Rowing initiative has launched a new competition for junior rowers.
The competition – which is opening for entries until 17 February 2012 – invites juniors to make a short film describing something or someone from their club that inspires them.
The winning film-maker will receive a brand new Flip Camera, which will contain a number of inspirational messages from Olympic silver medallist and world champion Debbie Flood and the GB Rowing Team’s women’s crews.
Films should be emailed to lias.hann@rrm.co.uk, where they will be entered into the competition and posted on the Knowing Rowing YouTube channel*.
*Parental permission is needed for any under 18s appearing in the films.
