Entries & the Draw
Entries this year will be by special Excel spreadsheet and again by invitation only whilst we assess the growth potential.
Any event has a limit of 20 pods. A "Pod" comprises 5 athletes who will scull as a 4X+, 2 x 2X and a 1X - the cox therefore must be able to scull!
Any club is limited to 8 pods maximum (allows 1 pod per event)
Any club is limited to 2 pods in an event. A third pod is at the committee’s decision.
Price per pod = £100
By way of an example these criteria would allow a boys only school/club to bring 2 pods in each of the boys events or 40 athletes. A girls only school/club with only WJ13 athletes 2 pods or 10 athletes in WJ13. However each could bring a 3rd pod providing the committee agree to fitting it into the race schedule?
Anyone who has all 8 events covered could not bring a 2nd pod in any event.
NB anyone bringing more than one pod in any event will require a second set of boats.
